In December, we announced that we would be giving the money we would usually have spent on Christmas cards and gifts for our clients and suppliers to several local charities instead.

Francis House Children’s Hospice – https://www.francishouse.org.uk/
Based in Didsbury, Francis House provides clinical care and physical, emotional and psychological support to the families of children and young adults with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. It is a lifeline to more than 500 families from across Greater Manchester including Stockport, Oldham, Bury, Rochdale, Manchester, Salford and Trafford.
Willow Wood Hospice https://www.willowwood.info/
Willow Wood Hospice is an adult Hospice providing specialist palliative care for patients with life-limiting illnesses, including both cancer and non-cancer diagnosis. It provides care completely free of charge and puts it patients, families and their carers at the centre of everything it does.

The Wellspring provides referrals into housing and proactively engages with people at risk of becoming homeless. It provides health services, referrals to specialist services, showers and clean clothing, blankets and sleeping bags and free food and drink as well as educational courses, computer courses, art classes and other activities such as football and walking.
Stockport & District Mind – https://www.stockportmind.org.uk/
Stockport & District Mind is an independent adult mental health charity that promotes mental health and well-being in the community. Services include support for carers of adults with mental health problems, isolation and social engagement service, drop-in sessions and other group activities.
The pandemic means the need for grassroots organisations like these is greater than ever, but restrictions on activities meant they can’t fundraise as they normally would and the financial pressure on them is growing. We’ll think you’ll agree that they deserve our support so they can continue to help ill and vulnerable groups in our local communities.
